   Exchange & Return Policy

1. Cases Where We Cover Shipping Fees:

We cover all shipping fees in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects or damaged items.

  • Receiving the wrong size or color.

  • Missing items from the order. (Please report these cases within 24 hours of delivery).

    • If an order is refused without a valid reason, the customer bears round-trip shipping costs.

2. General Rules:

  • Timeframe: Exchanges and returns are available within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Personal Preference: Shipping fees apply if the exchange or return is due to a change of mind or wrong size selection.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or (Vodafone Cash/Bank Transfer) after inspecting the item.

    1. حالات نتحمل فيها رسوم الشحن:

    نتحمل رسوم الشحن بالكامل في الحالات التالية:

    • وجود عيب مصنعي أو تلف في القطعة.

    • استلام مقاس أو لون مختلف عن طلبك.

    • استلام منتج ناقص. (يتم التبليغ عن هذه الحالات خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام).

    • في حالة رفض استلام الأوردر بدون سبب مقبول، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن ذهاباً وإياباً.

    2. شروط وقواعد عامة:

    • المدة: الاستبدال والاسترجاع متاح خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

    • الحالة: يجب أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، وبالتاغات (Tags) والغلاف الأصلي.

    • تغيير الرأي: في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لسبب شخصي (تغيير رأي أو مقاس)، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.

    3. استرداد الأموال:

      • يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع أو تحويل (فودافون كاش/بنكي) بعد فحص القطعة والتأكد من سلامتها.
